To ensure quality service and an amazing salon experience we ask that you comply with our salon policies. Respecting your time is very important and your promptness is greatly appreciated. Our policies are strictly enforced! To better serve you please reserve ALL Beauty services NEEDED when scheduling.
DUE TO COVID-19, WE REQUIRE THAT ALL SALON GUESTS WEAR A MASK TO YOUR RESERVATION.
- ALL services are A’la carte and prices are set at a starting rate. Service rates will be quoted prior to services being performed
- We provide all products, including hair color to service all salon guests.
- ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN/GUESTS ALLOWED in the salon unless being serviced.
- Absolutely, NO EATING in the salon
• There is a $5 Convenience fee added to ALL credit/debit card transactions. All cards must have a chip reader. (CASH, MC, VISA, AMEX and DISCOVER are accepted)
• A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED when scheduling reservations online or by phone. Be prepared to make payment at that time to secure your reservation. ALL DEPOSITS will be applied to your service.
• A 24hr. Notice is required to cancel your reservation.- $50 NO SHOW Fee will be applied and deposit will be forfeited.
• 15 min will be considered late and will result in a longer wait time or rescheduled-please call salon in advance
• There will be a $25 surcharge fee applied if color/relaxer is mixed and guest decides not to receive the chemical service
- To secure your preferred reservation-Please Pre-book your next visit before leaving the salon.
- If you decide to receive Beauty services (brow, lashes, nails) during your visit (w/o reservation)-Please ADD Your name to our Daily Wait List to ensure beauty services during your visit.
To Prepare for your Salon Experience:
- If you are receiving a chemical service, please refrain from drinking or eating any caffeine on the day of your reservation.
- Please Detangle your hair-There will be a starting rate of $25 depending on the severity of the knotting of hair.
- Please have all glue residue removed from the hair. A starting rate of $20 will be added to remove the residue from the hair. The rate will be discussed prior to services being performed.
EXTENSIONS:
- WE SELL and COLOR Hair Extensions-If hair needs to be colored, please bring the hair to the salon 7 days (excluding weekends) prior to you needing the hair installed.
- We require that all extension services MUST use NEW hair. For your convenience we also sell hair. If you would like to use previously worn hair, wefts must NOT have any glue residue or have been cut to receive an install service.
- All Wigs are CUSTOM and will require a Deposit ($150) at the time of your order. Head measurements, desired look, and color shade will be discussed during your consultation.
